Together, we can reach Equality for all.
Equality is a core value at Salesforce. We believe that businesses can be powerful platforms for social change and that our higher purpose is to drive Equality for all. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s also the smart thing. Diverse companies are more innovative and better positioned to succeed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
We strive to create workplaces that reflect the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. There is more work to be done, but with the help of our entire Ohana — our employees, customers, partners, and community — we can achieve #EqualityForAll.

Building a Workplace That Reflects Society
We strive to create a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. We have a Chief Equality Officer and the Office of Equality, dedicated to this mission partnering across the company to drive change. Clearly, there is more work to be done, but together we can build the path to #EqualityForAll

Salesforce and Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras
For the third year running, we partnered with the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras to help share Salesforce's belief that creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s also the smart thing to do. This is an incredible opportunity for Salesforce to showcase Equality as one of our core values and for our business, our employees and our community to be VISIBLE, VOCAL and PROUD.
We are proud to be partnering again with Joy 94.9 who joined us on the float and live-streamed the event. Joy 94.9 are one of the amazing LGBTQ organisations that we're proud to support in APAC and across A/NZ specifically during this event. Employees in Melbourne volunteer by digitising JOY's extensive music library and recording their community announcements.
