Event Information

Salesforce Basecamp Auckland 2019 will take place on Tuesday 1 October, 2019 between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Basecamp Auckland will take place at the SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre, Level 4. There will be signage and staff throughout to point you to Salesforce Basecamp.

This event is complimentary (excludes parking).
Your registration includes access to the keynote, breakout sessions, Customer Success Expo and networking reception.

Transportation

SkyCity is a quick 10 minute walk from Britomart - Auckland's central bus and train station, and the Intercity Bus terminal is right on the doorstep.
SkyCity's car park is Auckland's biggest with 1,960 parks accessible from three entries. See our car parking rates.

Food & Beverage

We will be serving afternoon tea with a selection of savoury and sweet snacks, in addition to our networking reception. If you have any dietary requirements, please make that note when you register.

Flights & Accommodation

Auckland Airport is an easy 45 minute drive away by bus, car or taxi.

If you are travelling by taxi, they are located outside the domestic and international terminals and cost approximately NZ$75 into the city. If you are travelling by car, take the Southern Motorway north, exit at Nelson Street and follow the signs directly to SKYCITY.

Ticket & Registration

You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.

Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.

Please check your SPAM mailbox. If you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket you can use the email address you registered with to collect your badge.
Please email apacemarketing@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration.

Accessibility

Please submit your request by Tuesday 17 September 2019. Requests are honoured to the maximum extent possible.

There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering for Salesforce Basecamp by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. If you require reserved seating in the larger keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the keynote begins.

 

You can request an auxiliary aid or sign interpreter when registering for Salesforce Basecamp by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
