Today that mission must take into account clients’ burgeoning data streams, and the ways they’re used in AI models. Importantly, we shouldn’t just be looking at the AI models in our quest for innovation and disruption, but also the technology stacks that surround them.

Patrick Stokes is EVP Product & Industries Marketing at Salesforce. Patrick joined Salesforce in 2012 through the acquisition of Buddy Media where he served as CPO and quickly partnered with the Radian6 team to deliver Social Studio, the first product in what eventually became Salesforce Marketing Cloud. After numerous expanding leadership roles in Marketing Cloud, Patrick spearheaded the Customer 360 project and Salesforce’s multi-cloud integration strategy. Customer 360 is now a primary differentiator of the Salesforce platform and has transformed the way customers deploy Salesforce products and achieve a single view of their customer.
