Katie has worked extensively across Asia, developing market entry strategy, defining and implementing digital transformation with a particular focus on the customer facing elements of the business, primarily in Retail, FMCG and Pharma, through her time at McKinsey & Company and as Chief Strategy Officer for Foster’s Group / Treasury Wine estates.
Kylie de Vries is the Salesforce Platform owner & B2B Commerce Product Manager at Foodstuffs North Island. Kylie has spent the last 8 years at Foodstuffs with a passion for implementing solutions that enable true customer-driven experiences. She is currently focused on re-inventing the digital customer experience for the Foodstuffs wholesale brands, and developing the enterprise roadmap for Digital Customer Service using Salesforce. She was recently responsible for leading the first implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce in Australasia. Today, her team are busy enhancing their digital capability for Gilmours and have recently launched Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Pardot and their second B2B Commerce storefront for Trents.

Susan Mizrahi is a senior sustainability strategist and has over 20 years’ experience working in Asia, Europe, and North America, as well as domestically, on international, business and human rights issues. She is committed to leading positive, systemic change on social and environmental issues and has achieved this through working collaboratively across and within the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Susan has particular expertise in business human rights obligations, sustainable supply chains, forced and child labour, and the China-Tibet issue. She is skilled in strategy, communications, public policy and advocacy, and is actively committed to advancing the UN Global Compact principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
