Pip is repsonsible for ensuring Salesforce delivers on its values of trust, customer success, innovation and equality for both our customers and our community across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Prior to Salesforce, Pip was Chief Executive Officer Customer Marketplace at Suncorp, where she was responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of Suncorp's business including Strategy, customer care, partnerships and innovative solutions that add value for customers. Prior to joining Suncorp in 2016, Pip was at Microsoft for 21 years where she held a number of roles for them in Australia and the USA. This culminated in her role as the Managing Director of Microsoft Australia for 6 years.
Pip is also a non-executive director of the Rugby Australia (ARU), sits on the Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Board at UTS, is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity. She is a passionate advocate for the fleixible and diverse workplaces that empower people. Born and raised in New Zealand, Pip lives in Sydney with her Scottish husband and her two American-born daughters, Sophie and Lucy.
Group Executive, Consumer & Small Business, Telstra
Michael is the Group Executive for Telstra’s Consumer & Small Business function, which looks after the needs of our millions of consumer and small business customers across Australia.
Michael joined Telstra in 2016 as Executive Director of Telstra Country Wide, with responsibility for more than 350 retail stores and over 16,000 partners nationally.
Prior to Telstra, Michael was the CEO of GE Healthcare in Australia and New Zealand. In his 12 years at GE, he held various executive leadership roles across GE’s Australia and New Zealand business, including financial services, corporate and healthcare divisions. Michael joined GE from the Boston Consulting Group where he was a Principal.
Michael lives in Melbourne with his wife Rachel and three sons.
Jenny Brockie is one of Australia’s most respected and experienced journalists, broadcasters and facilitators.
Jenny’s extensive media career began at the ABC and spans television, online, radio and print. She has won a swag of media awards including the coveted Gold Walkley, two AFI Awards, a Logie, a Human Rights Award and three other Walkley Awards. She was the host of SBS’s Insight program for 19 years, and received 8 United Nations Association of Australia Media Peace Awards for her work on the program.
Jenny has hosted important national and international discussions with renowned thought-leaders to explore, challenge and provoke current and future thinking on subjects as diverse as agriculture and the future of food, education standards, security, health, the arts and culture.
She has also interviewed many prominent local and international figures including former Australian Governor General Sir Peter Cosgrove and former Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
In this role, Kul’s focus is on ensuring the delivery of innovative products and solutions that align with customers’ business objectives and deliver long term value. Kul joined REA Group in 2015, assuming a number of leadership roles across marketing, international and customer portfolios during this time. Prior to this he held senior sales, marketing and strategy positions at GE Capital and GlaxoSmithKline. Kul holds a Masters in Public Health from Melbourne University, a Bachelor of Medical Science and Marketing from La Trobe University and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
