Getting to and leaving the venue
I’m on my way to Salesforce Agentforce World Tour Auckland. I should arrive around 8:00 a.m. NZDT so I can check in to the event and start my day. The event finishes at 5:00 p.m NZDT.
The event is at Shed 10 - 89 Quay Street, Auckland, 1010

I’m travelling in a taxi or rideshare, or I’m being dropped off.
There is a car drop-off point located at the roundabout to the left of Shed 10 on Queens Wharf.

I’m travelling on public transport.
I can arrive by train or bus to the Waitematā Station (Britomart) Transport Centre, which is a short walk across the street to the venue.

I’m driving myself and will need to park onsite.
I can park in the public parking spaces available at Britomart and Downtown Car parks. There is no parking directly at the venue.
I have arrived at the venue.
This is what I can expect for the rest of the day at Agentforce World Tour Auckland.

I will check in to the event.
I’ll go to the event registration check in desk, and there will be people with signs to guide me along the way. I will pull up my e-ticket from my email to help me check in faster and collect my badge. I can also go straight to the registration help desk if I need more help.

I will then go through security.
Before accessing the event, I will need to go through the security process. I cannot bring large bags or suitcases into the event, but backpacks and personal bags are are fine. There is a cloakroom in the Campground if I need to store any personal items.

What are the food and drink options?
I can get food and drinks in the Campground. I can get morning coffee at 8:00 a.m., after registration opens, and lunch is from 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. If I have special dietary needs, I will mention this when I register.
This is subject to change.

What are the venue accessibility provisions?
I can find more information about the accessibility provisions of the venue on the FAQ page. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair-friendly bathrooms. If I need support on accessing or finding the venue accessibility provisions, I can ask any staff.

How do I get extra help?
I can ask any Salesforce, event or venue staff if I have accessibility requests or need any help. I can find them at the registration help desk and I can visit them at any time.
