Agentforce World Tour Auckland will take place in Shed 10, 89 Quay Street, Auckland CBD precinct.
There will be signage throughout the arrival process and into the venue to help you navigate Agentforce World Tour. Further details coming soon.
Subject to our prior approval, yes, your child may attend the event under your supervision for the duration of the event. Please email us prior to the event at apacevents@salesforce.com and we will advise of any special information you need to be aware of (such as location of feeding rooms, any service of alcohol to avoid and publicity release requirements).
Morning tea and lunch will be provided free of charge. Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register or contact us with your requests.

There won’t be any purchasable food at the venue.
If you leave the venue throughout the day, you must re-enter through security and have your credentials checked.
Yes, we will be accommodating special dietary restrictions. Please input any dietary needs when registering so we can accommodate them. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pickup location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.
The Campground is located on the Ground Floor of Shed 10. Catering, Agentforce, Hands-on Training and more are located here.
The Campground will be operational from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The Keynote is located on the Ground Floor of Shed 10. Attendees will be directed from the Campground.
Follow the directions of Salesforce staff and Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start approximately 30 minutes before the keynote begins. The Keynote Room will not be accessible before this time or via any other entrance.
If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, please return you will be directed to breakout areas where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed.
Registration
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, Campground, and lunch.
You will receive your e-ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in.
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration.
Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.

Drop-off point is located at the roundabout to the left of Shed 10 on Queens Wharf. There is a step-free ramp at the main entrance of Shed 10. The drop-off/pick up point is at Queens Wharf for patrons with accessibility needs approx 10 metres from the entrance.
There are accessible toilets, ramps and lifts throughout the venue, including lift access between spaces.
Male, female and accessible toilets are located on each floor of the venue. Accessible bathrooms can be used as gender neutral.
Yes. Priority seating is available in the Keynote and breakout spaces. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the Keynote, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.
All areas of the venue are are guide dog friendly, and welcomes any registered assistance dogs into all areas of the building.
Yes, you can request an auxiliary aid interpreter (subject to notice and availability) when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. A representative will reach out to discuss your needs to make sure your experience on site is enjoyable.
If you need an escort on the day, please let us know at the registration help desk and we will be happy to help you navigate to your destination.
There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.
Yes, there will be rest stops strategically placed throughout the venue. Priority is given to individuals with disabilities.
We will have a lower height table at registration. If you would like access to lower hight tables in other areas, you can request this, and anything else you may need, when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
During the event, Salesforce employees and event staff will able to assist with accessibility requests at the registration help desk. Event staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions.

Drop-off point is located at the roundabout to the left of Shed 10 on Queens Wharf.
From Shed 10, Queens Wharf, the Britomart Transport Centre is a short walk across the road at 8 – 10 Queen Street. Britomart is Auckland’s public transport hub, and includes a train station and bus exchange where many buses from around the region converge. Check timetables at Auckland Transport.

There is no public parking at Shed 10 on Queens Wharf. Public parking is available at the Britomart and Downtown Car Parks. Parking rates are not reimbursable.
There will be a dedicated cloakroom in the Campground.
There isn’t a dedicated prayer room within the venue. If this is something you require, please email us at apacevents@salesforce.com.
Please contact a member event staff who can raise a first aid response. First aid teams can respond anywhere onsite.
Yes, refillable water stations are located throughout the Campground. We advise to bring your own refillable bottle.
Yes it does. Wi-Fi details will be included on the back of your attendee lanyard.
Additional information
