Getting to and leaving the venue
I’m on my way to Salesforce Agentforce World Tour Melbourne. I should arrive around 8:00 a.m. AEDT so I can check in to the event and start my day. The event finishes at 5:00 p.m AEDT.
The event is at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park Convention Centre. The address is 65 Queens Rd, Albert Park VIC 3004.

I’m travelling in a taxi or rideshare, or I’m being dropped off.
My driver can drop me off at the Pullman Albert Car Park, which has a direct entrance into the Convention Centre.

I’m traveling on public transport.
The recommended public transport method is tram, and I can get off at the High St/St Kilda Rd stop and walk 5 minutes to the venue. The nearest train station (Prahran) is a 15 minute walk, and the nearest bus stop is Punt Rd/High St with a 6 minute walk.

I’m driving myself and will need to park onsite.
There is a secure, undercover car park at the Pullman, with details here. All costs to park will be at my own expense.
I have arrived at the venue.
This is what I can expect for the rest of the day at Agentforce World Tour Melbourne.

I will check in to the event.
I’ll go to the event registration check in desk, and there will be people with signs to guide me along the way. I will pull up my e-ticket from my email to help me check in faster and collect my badge. I can also go straight to the registration help desk if I need more help.

I will then go through security.
Before accessing the event, I will need to go through the security process. I cannot bring large bags or suitcases into the event, but backpacks and personal bags are are fine.

What are the food and drink options?
I can get food and drinks in the Campground. I can get morning coffee at 8:00 a.m., after registration opens, and lunch is from 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. If I have special dietary needs, I will mention this when I register.
This is subject to change.

What are the venue accessibility rovisions?
The venue is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair-friendly bathrooms. If I need support on accessing or finding the venue accessibility provisions, I can ask any staff.

How do I get extra help?
I can ask any Salesforce, event or venue staff if I have accessibility requests or need any help. I can find them at the registration help desk and I can visit them at any time.
