Agentforce World Tour Melbourne will take place at the Pullman Albert Park Convention Centre located on 65 Queens Road, Albert Park. Access will be via Lorne Street. There will be signage throughout the arrival process and into the venue to help you navigate Agentforce World Tour. Further details coming soon.
Subject to our prior approval, yes, your child may attend the event under your supervision for the duration of the event. Please email us prior to the event at apacevents@salesforce.com and we will advise of any special information you need to be aware of (such as location of feeding rooms, any service of alcohol to avoid and publicity release requirements).
Morning tea, lunch and networking canapés will be provided free of charge. Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register or contact us with your requests.

There won’t be any purchasable food at the venue.
If you leave the venue throughout the day, you must re-enter through security and have your credentials checked.
Yes, we will be accommodating special dietary restrictions. Please input any dietary needs when registering so we can accommodate them. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pickup location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.
The Keynote is located on the second floor in the Grand Ballroom. Attendees will be directed from Registration and Campground.
Follow the directions of Salesforce staff and Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start approximately 30 minutes before the keynote begins. The Keynote Room will not be accessible before this time or via any other entrance.
If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, please return you will be directed to breakout areas where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed.
Registration
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, Campground, lunch, and a networking reception.
You will receive your e-ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in.
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration.
Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.

Pullman Albert Park is completely accessible. There is a no-step entry into the venue with direct access to lifts from the registration foyer to the expo floor. Disabled/accessible toilets are also available on the main expo floor.
The entrance to Pullman Albert Park is step-free. The venue is located between two floors and all space are accessible via lifts and escalators. If travelling via car and parking at the venue, please enter the carpark via Lorne Street. There will be lift access available between the parking and venue levels.
The hotel offers a range of parking options, including valet parking and self-parking. The hotel's self parking option is via Lorne Street to Pullman Albert Park Parking with accessible parking spots available.
The venue, including the hotel, restaurant and bar, are accessible by wheelchair. The hotel also has several specific accessible rooms which are suitable for guests with mobility issues or for guest in wheelchairs.
Male, female and accessible toilets are located on each floor of the venue. Accessible bathrooms can be used as gender neutral.
Yes. Priority seating is available in the Keynote and breakout spaces. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the Keynote, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.
All areas of the venue are are guide dog friendly, and welcomes any registered assistance dogs into all areas of the building.
Yes, you can request an auxiliary aid or AUSLAN sign interpreter (subject to notice and availability) when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. A representative will reach out to discuss your needs to make sure your experience on site is enjoyable.
If you need an escort on the day, please let us know at the registration help desk and we will be happy to help you navigate to your destination.
There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.
Yes, there will be rest stops strategically placed throughout the venue. Priority is given to individuals with disabilities.
We will have a lower height table at registration. If you would like access to lower hight tables in other areas, you can request this, and anything else you may need, when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
During the event, Salesforce employees and event staff will able to assist with accessibility requests at the registration help desk. Event staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions.

You can be dropped off right outside the venue, there is a taxi drop off area outside the main entrance.
The recommended public transport method is tram, and the nearest stop is the High St/St Kilda Rd stop with a 2 minute walk to the venue. The nearest train station (Prahran) is a 15 minute walk, and the nearest bus stop is Punt Rd/High St with a 6 minute walk.
There is a secure, undercover car park at the Pullman for a discounted rate at $20.00 per 24 hours. All costs to park will be at your own expense.
- QR Code will be provided to distribute to Agentforce guests
- Once QR code is scanned, it will prompt to enter license plate details and the discounted rate will be applied to their vehicle through license plate recognition
- The QR code can be scanned before or after entry into the carpark
- Agentforce guests can use the Pay Station location in B1 lift lobbies (paper invoice available) or pay via EFT at boom gate on departure (QR code invoice available)
- For multiple days, the QR code must be scanned each day to register the discounted rate
Male, female, gender neutral and accessible toilets are located in the Grand Lobby Expo Floor.
Looking for somewhere to store your coat, bag or luggage? Visit the Cloaking facility located on the right upon entry next to the Info/Help desk or left side of the staircase heading up to the Grand Lobby Expo Floor.
There will be no parent room on site. If you require a private space for feeding or pumping you can utilise the first aid room located in the M-Room area within the corridor hallway towards the State Ballroom (Breakout Area).

Yes, refillable water stations are located throughout the Campground. We advise to bring your own refillable bottle.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or any public area within the hotel. The hotel offers an outdoor smoking area for guests.
Yes. Please take advantage of the free high capacity WiFi available at the venue. Log in details will be provided on the back of your lanyard name card.
Additional information
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending any Salesforce event. As such, we’re implementing security scanning measures for attendees. Small and large suitcases will be screened and required to be checked at the cloakroom facilities made available.
In addition, attendees will be required to provide Government issued ID (physical or digital) to gain entry to the event.
