Event Information

Salesforce World Tour Sydney will take place on Wednesday 4 March, 2020 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. AEST.
Salesforce World Tour Sydney will take place virtually via livestream. Livestream details coming soon!
The safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and community is our number one priority. By making World Tour an online experience, it eliminates the need for attendees to attend in person and travel to Sydney while enabling them to still benefit from the event content.
We will be re-imagining World Tour and delivering an online experience on March 4. We will not deliver a physical World Tour at another time during 2020.
The safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and community is our number one priority. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and believe this is the right decision at this time.
This event is complimentary.
Your registration provides you with access to watch the virtual keynote and breakout sessions live on the day of the event.
Join Pip Marlow, CEO Salesforce ANZ and special guests who are transforming their industries together, driving exceptional customer experiences, and enacting meaningful change.

Salesforce will showcase how the world's leading companies, like Fisher & Paykel, are planning to take advantage of new products and technologies such as Salesforce Customer 360, Einstein Voice Skills, and more, to change the way their employees innovate, skill up, and deliver integrated customer experiences.
View our agenda page here.
While we hold regular events in other cities in the Asia Pacific region, Salesforce World Tour Sydney will be held virtually this year so you can attend from the comfort of your location.

Check out our Events page to see other events across all of Asia Pacific.
Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our stakeholders. Over the last few months, we have been closely monitoring the evolving situation with the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak to ensure we are taking every precaution to look after our customers, partners, and employees.

After careful consideration of our stakeholders and reflection on our values, we’ve decided to change the format of our World Tour in person event on Wednesday 4 March to be an online experience.
The advice sought in making this decision was unique to the event and our company values. Other companies should conduct the same assessment and take action appropriate to their needs — which may differ from ours.
Extensive consultation was undertaken locally and globally with medical and security experts to understand the potential scenarios in making this decision.
Salesforce is making this decision based on our own unique set of parameters and does not have any specific position on broader policies in relation to COVID-19 Coronavirus.
