Ireland Gender Pay Gap
An Update on Gender Pay in Ireland
Salesforce has published its 2025 Ireland Gender Pay Report [July 2024 - June 2025], which measures the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across its Ireland-based workforce.
The Report found that, on average, female employees’ mean ‘ordinary pay’ (as defined in Irish legislation) is 1% higher than male employees. A higher proportion of male employees in senior and leadership roles is one contributing factor towards a mean gap of 28%, and a median gap of 18.84% in ‘bonus pay’ between male and female employees.
Equality is a core and longstanding value at Salesforce, and one of the most powerful examples of this is our ongoing commitment to equal pay and pay fairness. In 2015, Salesforce was one of the first companies to identify and address any pay gaps through compensation planning, and continues to evaluate pay — including bonuses and stock — on an ongoing basis.
