- The Salesforce and Slack integration allows you to search your Salesforce instance from Slack, and share results in Slack. The integration also allows you to share messages both ways between Salesforce Chatter and your Slack channel(s).
- The Slack AppExchange app first requires Salesforce Integration to be downloaded from the Slack App Directory (www.slack.com/apps). Read the Slack instructions for configuring the AppExchange plug-in before installation.

Native Integrations/APIs

Third-Party Integrations
The following integration service works with Slack and Salesforce. We haven’t vetted it, so please be careful when deploying it:
- Zapier is a powerful tool for integrating nearly any online service with another online service. It is powerful and can be used to integrate multiple systems using powerful rules and filters.
