Maham Hassan began her career as a manual Quality Assurance professional in Pakistan, determined to build a better future while challenging societal norms. She faced significant obstacles, including her family’s adherence to cultural beliefs about women in the workplace and biases in a male-dominated work environment. Despite these challenges, Maham was determined to provide a better life for herself and her two siblings. In 2013, a supportive colleague introduced her to Salesforce — a platform virtually unknown in Pakistan at the time.

Maham immersed herself in learning Salesforce, starting with public forums and later diving into Trailhead. Her journey took a significant leap when she moved from Pakistan to Dubai, seeking opportunities for greater career growth. Today, Maham is a Salesforce Architect at Cloud-1, a Salesforce Partner, where she delivers innovative Salesforce solutions to her clients. She describes Salesforce as her “anchor,” empowering her with the technical skills and resilience to overcome societal barriers and thrive.

Maham’s passion for Salesforce is driven by the platform’s continuous innovation and learning opportunities. There’s always something new to learn and introduce to her customers, and the demand never stops. As an 18x-certified Salesforce Architect, Maham has partnered with over 300 clients across diverse industries, dedicating much of her focus to Agentforce and enabling her clients to streamline their business operations and drive efficiency. Recently, she worked with e-commerce and aviation clients, demonstrating how Agentforce can revolutionize customer service processes. By enabling autonomous service agents to streamline tasks like rescheduling deliveries, generating escalation cases, and enhancing efficiency through automation, Maham has proven the transformative potential of this technology. Her work showcases how Agentforce refines business processes, empowering professionals to focus on strategic insights.
