Getting to and leaving ICC Sydney
I’m on my way to Salesforce Agentforce World Tour Sydney.
I should arrive around 8:00 a.m. AEDT so I can check in to the event and start my day.
The event finishes at 5:00 p.m. AEDT.
The event is at the International Convention Centre Sydney. The address is 14 Darling Drive.
To leave, I will make my way to the level 2 external lifts and take the lift down to the ground floor, where there is easy access to transport and parking.
I’m travelling in a taxi or rideshare, or being dropped off.
The best taxi drop-off and pick-up locations are Iron Wharf Place, which is next to the Sofitel Darling Harbour and Zollner Circut, on the southern end of Aware Super Theatre (ICC Sydney). For either option, I will allow four to six minutes to make my way to Level 2 concourse where staff will direct me to the event entrance.
I’m traveling on public transport.
There are several public transport options, including Sydney Light Rail, train, bus, ferry and water taxi. Check out the Getting to ICC Sydney Guide.
I’m driving myself and will need to park onsite.
ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 12 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces. Full information and rates are available in the Getting to ICC Sydney Guide. Parking costs are paid for by myself
I have arrived at ICC Sydney.
This is what I can expect for the rest of the day at Agentforce World Tour Sydney.
ICC accessibility information
I can find all accessibility information for the ICC venue on their Accessibility Guide, including wheelchair access, accessible toilets and parent rooms, Braille and hearing loop options. If I need support on accessing or finding the venue accessibility provisions, I can ask any Salesforce or event staff.
I will need to go through security.
When I arrive at the venue, I will need to go through the security scanning process. This includes X-ray bag checks and metal detectors. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, but I can use cloakroom facilities to store these if I need. The cloakroom is located next to the main registration area, and is free of charge for all attendees.
Next, I will check in to the event.
I’ll go to the main registration area on Level 4 of ICC and after clearing security, I will make my way to the check-in help desk. I will pull up my e-ticket from my email to help me check in faster and collect my badge. Volunteers wearing Abilityforce t-shirts will be stationed at the Level 4, Hall 7 Concierge desk just after event check in. Volunteers are also stationed the Visitor Centre in Campground on Level 1.
What are the food and drink options?
I can get food and drinks in the expo hall (Halls 1-4), also called The Campground, on level 1. There will be some lower-height tables available in the catering zone, so I can easily access and collect my food and drinks.
This is subject to change.
Will there be quiet and/or sensory zones?
Yes there will be both. The Quiet Zone is located on Level 3 in the foyer. The Sensory Room is located on Level 5, Organiser Office 7. I will need a swipe card for the Sensory Room, which I can get in the Campground at the Visitor Centre.
How do I get extra help?
I can ask any Salesforce, event or venue staff if I have accessibility requests or need any help. I can find them at the registration help desk and I can visit them at any time.
