Sébastien is currently Chief Product Owner at PMI, where he leads the products teams in charge of delivering a global integrated platform enabling sustainable digital operations, for PMI, to engage with all external audiences at scale (B2B & B2C as a main focus).

Over the past 10 years, Sébastien gained in-depth experience in building and deploying global commercial systems within PMI such as sales force automation, commercial planning optimization and more recently solutions to digitize our B2B operations.

Leah Blessin has a 18 year history passionately servicing Accenture’s clients in improving CRM processes and solutions. Besides delivering complex projects and programs for her clients she worked as lead Solution Architect for the Products industries in the DACH region shaping the solutions and leading opportunity pursuits. She spent 2 years living in India to build up the Solution Architecting capabilities in the Indian Delivery Centers.

Since 2015 she leads the Accenture Cloud First Applications team in DACH – the team of experts on native cloud solutions and platforms. She and her team are helping clients capitalize the potential of Solutions like Salesforce and Workday through agile and innovation led project execution.

Michael Wade is a Professor of Innovation and Strategy at IMD and holds the Cisco Chair in Digital Business Transformation. He is the Director of the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation, an IMD and Cisco Initiative. His areas of expertise relate to strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.

Previously, he was the Academic Director of the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA Program in Canada. Michael has been nominated for teaching awards in the MBA, International MBA, and Executive MBA programs. He obtained Honours BA, MBA and PhD degrees from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Antonio is the Chief Digital & Technology Officer of Breitling, the famous Swiss luxury watch manufacturer well known for its longstanding partnership with aviation, and the quality of its in house movement field where reliability and precision play a vital role. Vincent is the Co-founder & board member of Nexthink, a Swiss high-tech enterprise software in the field of digital experience management. With various leadership roles, he has been involved in developing and growing this company from scratch to over 400 employees in 2018.

Before Nexthink, Vincent spent 7 years at Cisco where he lead Technology Marketing in EMEA with the responsibility of new product launches, relationships with press and analysts, go-to-market programs, partnerships, and sales enablement.

Today, he is also active in various roles to support innovation in Switzerland and abroad as member of the Forbes Technology Council of the renowned Forbes Magazine, accredited Innosuisse startup coach and board member of High-Tech Connect Suisse.

As a French national, I spent most of my career between London, Paris and Geneva. I joined SITA in 2005 from the finance industry and spent most of my career in IT, managing operations across the globe and building CRM services solutions. For SITA, back in 2014, we successfully introduced Salesforce with a new go to market strategy. Since we are expending beyond Sales with contract and quote management solutions to support in support of a major quote to cash initiative.

Before my time at SITA, I was a technical director at Thomson Reuters where I was managing data centers and ran many infrastructure and operational projects.  

Married with 2 kids, I try to keep a good work / life balance enjoying travelling and coaching ski competitons in a local club.

Born in Switzerland, Marie Chassot is an alumni of the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, where she earned a Masters degree in International Relations in 1999.

Marie began her career in 2000 in the marketing division of Piaget, where she gained experience in store design, visual merchandising and retail management on an international scale. After four years with Piaget, Marie moved to Paris in 2004 to work with the jewellery designer Dinh Van, overseeing product and retail marketing.

Marie returned to Geneva shortly after to join the watchmaker Roger Dubuis, where she was involved in the brand’s growth strategy and its acquisition by Richemont in 2008. Following her last role at Roger Dubuis, where she oversaw product marketing and business development for new watch and jewellery collections, Marie joined Baume & Mercier in 2015 as Product Marketing Director. Marie was quickly brought on board a new project, which was the conceptualisation of a new brand. After overseeing the development of BAUME’s concept and strategy, including all aspects relating to the brand DNA, mission, and its sustainability goals, Marie was appointed Head of Baume.

Specialising in healthcare, she created her own communications agency after leaving her position as Director Corporate Public Relations at Ares Serono International. After setting up the first edtech accelerator in Switzerland operated by venturelab in Lausanne, she joined digitalswitzerland as Senior Director, Education and Talent. Danièle Castle is a certified adult trainer and teaches in different institutions, including GSEM (Université de Genève).

Tim Grosser is Head of Digital Transformation at IATA.

His responsibilities include using digital technology to help drive product innovation and process improvements within IATA and across the industry. Tim is a member of the IATA Ideation Hub, which is an industry change program that aims to transform the entire passenger journey through the implementation of innovative solutions. Areas of specialization include digital strategy, design thinking, innovation strategy and machine learning.

In addition, Tim hosts the bi-annual IATA CIO Forum which brings together Airline and Airport CIOs and senior IT executives to leverage digital transformation for the aviation industry.

Previously, Tim managed enterprise platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce and Sharepoint. Tim is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Before L'Occitane Group, Cédric has built international Project Management skills at SeatizenPro.

Before joining Terre des hommes in 2014, Marc spent most of his career with car-maker, General Motors. His projects have involved business strategy development, organizational change through to technical implementation & support for several Swiss bank. He has led programmes in various fields, incl. target operating model design, lean deployment, IT simplification, application rationalisation, and outsourcing and offshoring. Further, he managed a number of implementation projects in the areas of operational risk, securities order management and marketing.
