Data 360 Pricing
Data 360 uses a flexible, consumption-based pricing model, so you only pay for what you use. Most costs come from Consumption Credits, which can be used across Data 360 for actions like ingesting data, unifying profiles, and creating segments. Data 360 also charges separately for data storage and offers premium add-ons.
How is my total price determined?
Three components determine the total cost of Data 360.
Consumption Credits
Actions performed in Data 360 consume credits. Credits can be purchased on an as-needed basis and are fungible across all features.
Data Storage
Storing data in Data 360 results in a monthly fee based on a flat rate per terabyte (TB).
Premium Add-ons
Specific features can be purchased to enhance Data 360 functionality such as Data Spaces and Data 360 One. Pricing varies for each add-on.

How to Purchase
Consumption Credits can be purchased in bundles of 100,000. Credits can be purchased on an as-needed basis, allowing you the flexibility to scale your purchases as your usage of Data 360 increases.

How Data 360 usage impacts your billing is dependent on how your Data 360 org is contracted. A Monthly Usage Summary is emailed to your account's billing contact each month. If you are unsure how your org is contracted, please reach out to your account team for clarification.
