Event Information
The event will take place at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC). BCEC is located at Merivale St & Glenelg Street in South Brisbane
Transportation
A comprehensive network of trains, buses and city cats (ferries) link the Centre with Brisbane city and suburbs. Translink tickets are the best way to visit and travel around the city. The Translink website contains more details:http://www.translink.com.au/
By Train?
The closest train station is South Brisbane; only a few minutes walk away. A regular Air Train service operates between Brisbane’s international and domestic airports. Travelling time is approximately 25mins. Tickets are available from the Information Desk.
By Bus?
The Cultural Centre is the main hub for most bus routes, only a few minutes walk away adjacent to the Queensland Performing Acts Centre. A Free Loop downtown bus service circles Brisbane’s Central Business District only.
By River Cat?
The CityCat Ferry stops at Southbank Terminal 2 which is located on the Clem Jones Promenade. CityCats run daily from 5.30am-10.30pm.
There are 1,500 undercover parking spaces available at the Centre, accessed by Merivale Street.
Entry heights are as follows: Car Park one: 2.3m, Car Park two: 2.2m (Merivale St) or 2.1m (Russell St Ramp) or 2.2m (Melbourne St), Car Park three: 2m (Merivale Street) or 2.1m (Grey St).

Flights & Accommodation
Both Brisbane domestic and international airports are 30min drive from the Centre.
The AirTrain connects South Brisbane station to Brisbane’s international and domestic airports with stops in the Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley. Tickets and a timetable for this service can be found at the Information Desk or you can pre-book on the AirTrain Website.
Ticket & Registration
You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.
Accessibility
- Guide, hearing and assistance animals may access the BCEC. These animals have been either:
- accredited under a law of a State or Territory that provides for the accreditation of animals trained to assist a person with a disability to alleviate the effect of the disability; or
- accredited by an animal training organisation prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; or
- trained to assist a person with a disability to alleviate the effect of the disability and to meet standards of hygiene and behaviour that are appropriate for an animal in a public place
- trained animals that meet the assistance animal requirements as outlined in the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA)
- Assistant animals must be identified by use of any of the following:
- an assistance animal identification card, pass, permit
- an assistance dog harness
- a coat, cape or vest clearly identifying them as an assistance animal
- an identification badge or medallion (displayed, for example, on its harness, collar, leash, coat, cape or vest).
- Uncertified therapy/emotional support/companion animals are not included in the Act and do not meet the legal definition of an assistance animal and do not have the same public access rights. These animals may be refused entry.
Yes. Priority seating is available in our keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering for Salesforce Basecamp by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. If you require reserved seating in the larger keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the keynote begins.
