Event Information
Agentforce World Tour Sydney will take place on Wednesday 25th February 2026, at the ICC Sydney.
Agentforce World Tour will take place on Levels 1 to 5 of the Exhibition Centre.
Event check-in will occur via the Event Deck on Level 4, accessible from the Level 2 concourse. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate Agentforce World Tour Sydney.
Subject to our prior approval, yes, your child may attend the event under your supervision for the duration of the event. Please email us prior to the event at anzevents@salesforce.com and we will advise of any special information you need to be aware of (such as location of feeding rooms, any service of alcohol to avoid and publicity release requirements).
We will be providing morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.
Morning Tea:
- Lemon and coconut loaf, vanilla and strawberry cream V
- Vegan rice paper rolls with rice noodles and pickled vegetables and Nuoc Cham dressing GF VE
Lunch:
- Baguette with Roast turkey, cranberry jam, Swiss cheese, cucumber and lettuce
- Wholemeal Sandwich with Chicken schnitzel with tomato lettuce and herbed aioli
- Tortilla Wrap with Sesame falafel with cucumber, tabouli, tomato, pickles and hommus VE
- Poached chicken poke bowl – mixed quinoa, brown rice, shredded slaw, edamame beans, cucumber, carrot, radishes with shoyu and wasabi mayo
- Kipfler potato salad, edamame, feta cheese, fried onions, toasted cashew cream, minted coyo yoghurt dressing GF VE
Afternoon Tea:
- Blueberry and citrus cheesecake muffin with brown sugar crumble GF V
- Peking duck pancake, cucumber, chive with sesame and hoisin sauce DF
If you have any dietary restrictions or requests, please note them when you register.
Yes, refillable water stations are located throughout the Campground. We advise to bring your own refillable bottle.
There are a wide variety of outlets in and around ICC Sydney. Click here for options. If you leave the venue throughout the day, you must re-enter through security and have your credentials checked.
Yes, we will be accommodating special dietary restrictions, if you registered and provided your requests prior to 11 February. Please input any dietary needs when registering so we can accommodate them. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pickup location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.
The Campground is located on Level 1, access via Level 2 escalators. Breakouts, Catering, Product Showcase, Sponsors, and more are located here, and will be active from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
The Keynote is located on Level 4 via Door 5.
You can visit the Visitor Centre on the day for a breakdown of sponsors and their locations.
The Keynote is on Level 4, Hall 5, via Door 5 & 6 Foyer.
To join the queue, go to Level 4 of the exhibition centre and follow the directions of Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start approximately 30 minutes before the keynote begins. The Keynote Room will not be accessible before this time or via any other entrance.
If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, please return to the Campground, where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed in all breakout areas.

Main Keynote: Join us to discover the latest product innovations and major announcements from Salesforce. Experience live demos, listen to luminary speakers, and be inspired by captivating stories of customer success.
Breakouts: 40 minute sessions for your to experience the latest product innovations and announcements from Salesforce with live demos, luminaries, and stories of customer success for a specific buyer, industry, or topic.
Theatres: Experience a concise and informative 20-minute session introducing a specific topic. Whether it’s tips and tricks or a how-to presentation, you’ll get the essentials in a quick and engaging manner.
Interactive Session Types
Workshop: Participate in an expert-led, 30-minute interactive session to learn a product or skill. The workshop description will let you know if computers are provided or if you need to bring your own device.
Hands-on Training: Facilitated by a Salesforce expert, this is a 60- or 90-minute session that includes guided exercises with hands-on practice in a Salesforce org. Product experts are standing by to help; laptops are NOT provided, please bring your own to participate in these sessions.
Yes, the Main Keynote will be available on Salesforce+ along with other key sessions from the day. Your registration for Agentforce World Tour Sydney gives you access to Salesforce+ too.
Agenda Builder is the get-ready tool to optimise your schedule. Use it to view AI-generated personalised session recommendations, schedule an appointment to Build Your First Agent, and favourite all of your can’t-miss onsite experiences.
All of these will be reflected on your My Agenda on the website and mobile app.
Build Your Agenda: Use the Agenda Builder to find the keynote, sessions, and activities that interest you most.
Review the Session Details: Read the full abstract and key takeaways for each session you’ve selected. This ensures the content aligns with your goals and gives you a head start on the topic.
Reserve Your Seat: For hands-on training, workshops, reserve your seat in Agenda Builder. You can book as many sessions as you’d like, as long as they don’t overlap. For workshops, check the session description for equipment requirements — some may require a laptop (phones or tablets are not recommended).
Accessibility: For assistance or accessibility questions, contact the events team anzevents@salesforce.com at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Onsite: Use the Salesforce Events mobile app to navigate the campus, confirm locations and to access live captions.
Arrive Early: Session queues open 20 minutes before the published start time. Reserved seats are seated first; then any remaining seats are offered to the drop-in line on a first-come, first-seated basis. Reserved seats not claimed are released 10 minutes before the session begins.
Registration
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, Campground, as well morning tea, lunch, and refreshments, plus access to Salesforce+ to watch all the best moments of the event.
You will receive your e-ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in.
Yes, you will be required to show a government-issued ID to gain entry into the event. You can present either a physical or digital ID.

Step free entrances are available at Iron Wharf Place and Woodward Fountain via automatic sliding doors. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to the left of Convention Café or to the right of the Customer Service Desk.
ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference, exhibition and entertainment venue. The Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Tik Tok Entertainment Theatre are seamlessly connected via the step-free level two concourse which can be accessed from all three venues.

Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.

Yes, there will be rest stops strategically placed throughout the venue. Priority is given to individuals with disabilities.
We will have a lower height table at registration. If you would like access to lower hight tables in other areas, you can request this, and anything else you may need, when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
Yes there will be both. The Quiet Zone is located on Level 3 in the foyer. The Sensory Room is located on Level 5, Organiser Office 7. You will need a swipe card for the Sensory Room, which can be retrieved from the Visitor Centre in the Campground.
During the event, Salesforce employees and event staff will able to assist with accessibility requests at the registration help desk. Event and venue staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions.

The best taxi drop-off and pick-up locations include Iron Wharf Place next to the Sofitel Darling Harbour and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of Tik Tok Entertainment Theatre (ICC Sydney Theatre), both accessed via Darling Drive.

ICC Sydney operates two 24-hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces, including 12 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces. Full information and rates available here.

ICC Sydney has wheelchair-accessible parenting rooms with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:
Convention Centre Ground Level — Located in the corridor next to the cafe directly opposite the first aid room
Convention Centre Level 2 — located in the corridor on the right between Parkside Ballroom and The Gallery, before you reach Pyrmont Theatre and foyer
Exhibition Centre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Hall 3 entry point
Tok Tok Entertainment Theatre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Door 4 entry point.
Please note that if you wish to leave the venue, you must re-enter the Event on Level 4 or Level 2 through the security checkpoints.

A dedicated First Aid room can be found on level 2, however contact a member event staff who can raise a first aid response. First aid teams can respond anywhere onsite.

The ICC is a strictly non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue. Please keep in mind that if you wish to leave the venue to smoke, you must re-enter and go through security before returning to the event.

Additional information
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending Salesforce events. As such, we utilise security scanning measures for attendees. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, but cloakroom facilities will be available before you enter the main registration area.
In addition, attendees will be required to provide Government issued ID (physical or digital) to gain entry to the event.
