As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience, Rudi is responsible for delivering seamless customer experience and online platforms that reflect a premium brand experience across every touchpoint.
Rudi joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances in February 2009 as a Financial Controller, before assuming his current role on Fisher & Paykel’s Executive Team in August 2019.
Throughout his career at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Rudi has held a variety of senior leadership roles, including as Regional CFO Australia, General Manager of Customer Experience, and General Manager of Sales Operations.
Rudi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & eCommerce, Masters of Business Administration and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
 
 
 

Michelle Anderson

Michelle Anderson is an experienced digital and marketing senior executive who took up the role of Chief Digital Officer at The Warehouse Group in May 2018. Michelle’s areas of responsibility for the group are media planning and buying, marketing automation, data science and customer insights, eCommerce trading and customer engagement (contact centres).

Caroline is an established leader in digital, data and brand marketing having worked in retail brands including Esprit, Oxfam GB and Retail Apparel Group. Caroline has experience leading digital and marketing transformation projects across Greater China, South East Asia, Australia and the UK.

Caroline is now part of the leadership team at Seafolly, heading up digital and Ecommerce activities as they undertake ongoing international expansion, the launch of loyalty and personalisation and customer focused transformation.
 
 
 

David Neate

Solutions Delivery Manager, Zurich Insurance

 

David has over 30 years experience within the insurance industry working originally as a broker in Lloyds of London and latterly as a general manager of a software development company specialising in web based insurance sales. He travelled to Australia in 2006 and immediately joined OnePath.

Today as Solution Deliver Manager, David is responsible for ensuring the business strategy is delivered. Most recently he has delivered the digital strategy for Group Risk which has seen OnePath awarded with Salesforce’s global innovation award. 

When he is not at work, David is a passionate sailor and when he is not racing he will be teaching the junior section at his local sailing club.  

 
 
 

Megan Smart

Megan is a strategic change maker who believes in an outcome biased leadership. She has extensive government experience in supporting economic development and managing a large team delivering major grant programs. These capabilities are underpinned by extensive analytical, conceptual, project management and communication skills which help her engage and manage diverse stakeholder relationships from individual contributors to executive ranks.

Megan's experience is complemented by her extensive strategic and operational understanding of the compliance obligations and mechanics across both program and grant life cycles. Rosalind Coffey is Head of People, Culture and Client Experience for Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services Group and serves on that Group’s Executive Committee. She has Group-wide responsibility for Client Experience and BFS’ client service functions, in addition to leading Internal Communications, Human Resources, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development.

Ros holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with majors in Accounting, Economics and Commercial Law from The University of Sydney, Australia.

Jane Simmons

Jane Simmons is the Executive Director School Services Directorate, NSW Department of Education. With over 25 years of experience in educational leadership Jane is recognised for her successful leadership, at a state level, of educational programs which enhance student engagement and improve student outcomes, including the state wide provision of Arts Education in NSW public schools and the development of international programs. 

Jane has a Master of Educational Administration, Bachelor of Music Education and is an Adjunct Professor of Macquarie University, School of Education. Jane is also the Co-Executive Producer of the department’s showcase event ‘Schools Spectacular”.

Jane has a particular focus on strategic, future focused planning and quality assurance of service delivery at the multiple and diverse locations across the state. Jane’s responsibility is to provide state-wide leadership and strategic direction for the effective delivery of educational services that are responsive to the needs of schools, add value to teaching and learning and contribute to maximising achievement for every student in NSW public schools. The aim is to provide equity of access and outcomes for every student, regardless of where he or she attends school.

 
 
 

Ken Kennedy

Appointed Group Head of Digital in March of 2018, Ken is responsible for the management and digital transformation of all international brand e-commerce stores and digital marketing channel performance.

Ken has been working in the digital space for nearly 20 years and in retail B2C for 16 of those years winning multiple awards along the way. Ken is a regular event speaker and lectured in Ireland for a number of years on subject matters such as digital marketing, E-commerce and social media.

Pip Marlow

Pip Marlow is Chief Executive Officer, Salesforce Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Pip is repsonsible for ensuring Salesforce delivers on its values of trust, customer success, innovation and equality for both our customers and our community across Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to Salesforce, Pip was Chief Executive Officer Customer Marketplace at Suncorp, where she was responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of Suncorp's business including Strategy, customer care, partnerships and innovative solutions that add value for customers. Prior to joining Suncorp in 2016, Pip was at Microsoft for 21 years where she held a number of roles for them in Australia and the USA. This culminated in her role as the Managing Director of Microsoft Australia for 6 years.

Pip is also a non-executive director of the Rugby Australia (ARU), sits on the Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Board at UTS, is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity. She is a passionate advocate for the fleixible and diverse workplaces that empower people. Born and raised in New Zealand, Pip lives in Sydney with her Scottish husband and her two American-born daughters, Sophie and Lucy.

Emma Fawcett is the MD of SMB for News Corp Australia. Her remit includes the self service and national SMB field sales channels for News Corp, alongside News Xtend, which is a marketing services agency. News Xtend has been in existence for four years and provides all types of digital marketing services to small to medium businesses right across Australia. Under Emma's guidance the business has experienced triple digital growth and is now one of the fastest growing divisions of News Corp globally. Emma has worked for News Corp Australia for over a decade in all types of commercial roles.

When she is not helping the small businesses of Australia grow, Emma can be found making Lego robots with her three small children and avoiding cooking dinner.

Her business PepTalkHer team runs corporate programming for brands including JP Morgan & Revlon. They work in-house with companies to retain high potential staff, running programs around confidence, negotiation & fostering an inclusive workplace. Meggie also lectures at Columbia University and Barnard College.

In her former life, she was an award-winning journalist turned entrepreneur. She spent 15 years as a journalist and Foreign Correspondent. Traveling from Syria to Italy telling stories for networks including BBC World, CNBC, Channel 7 & Vogue.

Prior to that, Dan worked at Siebel Systems leading their Public Sector and Financial Services solution consulting across Asia Pacific. He also worked at PwC as a technology consultant, leading technology engagements in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.
