Barcelona - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

El Prat Airport is 20 minutes from the office. Both Metro and Aerobus are accessible.
- Option 1:
- Take Aerobus A1 (from Terminal 1) or A2 (from Terminal B) to Pl. Espanya — FGC.
- Transfer to bus V7 and stop at Av. Sarrià, which is a four-minute walk to the office.
- Option 2 (Alternative):
- Take Metro Line 9 to Zona Universitaria (last stop).
- Transfer to Tram (T1, T2 or T3) and stop at L’Illa Diagonal. This stop is an eight-minute walk to the office.
The Barcelona Airport offers a 24/7 Mobility Service (PMR). Details and booking can be found on their website.

In the office

Only service dogs are allowed.

Yes, there are three lifts that access all floors.

Each floor has an accessible toilet outside of the Salesforce office space. No special permissions or access cards are required.

Snacks and refreshments are available in a small kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen also has a refrigerator where you can store your own food.

The closest restaurant is Txokoa Barcelona, approximately 300 metres away.

- Customers and guests should co-ordinate with their Salesforce host to arrange accommodations before arrival.
- Employees can email the Workplace Services team at receptionmadrid@salesforce.com.

During an evacuation, the designated safe zone for individuals requiring assistance is near the lifts. The fire department will manage the evacuation with support from the Emergency Response team.
