Marketing Intelligence (MI) is Salesforce's next-generation analytics solution for marketers. Built natively on the Agentforce 360 Platform, MI uses unified data, AI, and agentic automation to help you:

It connects your paid media sources in just a few clicks and includes marketing-specific dashboards, attribution models, and agentic skills like campaign performance monitoring and optimisation.

To access MI:

Enable Salesforce Foundations
This provides access to Data 360, which is required to run MI, as well as initial usage credits. Foundations is available at no cost and can be enabled through My Account.

(Optional) Purchase Additional Credits
Depending on your use case, you may need additional Data 360 or other usage credits.

Provision Data 360 and Connect Sources
Use MI's prebuilt connectors to ingest and harmonise data into a marketing-specific semantic model.

Assign User Access
MI runs on the Agentforce 360 Platform. If you do not already use a Core product (e.g. Sales or Service Cloud), you'll need to add the Cross-Product Admin SKU to provide platform access.
