With Salesforce Partners, you can create and manage training programs and publish them to partners. Partners are prompted to review available training courses and classes. All training program detail is available for partners to review in Salesforce. Partners enroll in training and then are converted to certified and trained partners. Training certification is tracked at the partner user level and rolled up to partner company information. Reports and dashboards are used to track training program participation and success.
Training Classes
Communicate training class availability to partners, including class name, instructor, location, start and end date, class capacity, cost, agenda, and other training attributes. Channel managers can target custom training messages in Salesforce Partners to motivate partners to enroll in training programs and events. Partners can view a list of available classes.
Enrollments
Enable partners to register for training classes. Partners receive application acknowledgment and notification confirming acceptance in the requested class. Track enrollment requests by partners at the user and company level.

Create training classes and curricula. Enforce approvals before training classes are published to partners in Salesforce.
