Complete a Lightning Champion trailmix on Trailhead. You’ll learn to identify features and discuss the benefits of Lightning Experience and the Lightning Platform. You’ll also fill out a quick survey so we can learn about you and make sure the program is a good fit all around.
After completing the trailmix, it’s time to get verified. You’ll co-deliver the presentation you learned in the trailmix (along with a few other candidates) to show you’re ready to join the ranks of the Lightning Champions. Don’t worry — you’ve got this.
Once you become a Lightning Champion, it’s time to share your knowledge with the community. You can speak at events, write about your experiences, and teach peers through hands-on workshops, consultations. And we’ll be there to support you along the way.
To be an active Lightning Champion, we ask that you complete the following:
  • Commit to a one-year enrollment
  • Lead one of the following each quarter:
    • Speaking session
    • Hands-on workshop
    • 1-to-1 Lighting consultation
    • Mentorship session
  • Write at least one blog post to be published on the Salesforce blog
  • Nominate at least one new Lightning Champion within the year
  • Share monthly Lightning highlights via social media
