A11Y for work: Empower all employees to succeed.

Our goals are to empower all employees with disabilities to bring their full authentic selves to work with confidence — and to build one of the most inclusive workplaces in the industry.

People with disabilities deserve an equal opportunity to gain skills for meaningful employment, whether at Salesforce or anywhere else. To help make sure everyone gets the training and resources they need to be successful, we’ve designed our workforce programs with the disability community in mind.

Inclusive workforce.

We’re committed to building a workplace that reflects our society. These programs help support our mission to hire inclusively and increase our disability workforce representation at Salesforce.

Everyone has a different path to career success, and we’re committed to empowering people with disabilities to find theirs.

Whether they work at Salesforce or in our ecosystem, we want to provide the resources necessary to help people with disabilities gain the skills they need to be successful. This means partnering with companies to upskill their employees, offering free digital training to the public, publishing resources, and more.
