Inclusive hiring practices for all

By investing in programs that remove barriers and support growth, we create a workplace that lifts the whole team, fuels bold ideas, and drives innovation.

Employees gather and smile, some wearing shirts that read “accessibility = inclusion.”

FAQ

We will consider any requests for adjustments to the job application, interview, and hiring process so that candidates with disabilities have an equitable opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Any time you notice an unmet need in the process, we’re here to support you so you can show up fully during your candidate journey.

We will consider any reasonable request, but common ones may include:

  • Live captioning
  • Sign language interpretation
  • Adjusted interview timing such extra breaks or extended time
  • Modified testing

If you need an accommodation during the application or the recruiting process, please submit a request via the Candidate Accommodations Request form.

We will only share information on a need-to-know basis with those who will implement your accommodation. We will not share any specific disability or diagnostic details, only what is needed to coordinate the accommodation. Notifying your hiring team or filling out the form does not automatically self-ID you — that is a separate process you can choose to go through once you’re hired. For information on Salesforce’s commitment regarding your privacy, please see our Candidate Privacy Statement.
