Amy Chang has served as a Director since July 2025. Ms. Chang also serves as a Director on the boards of The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble, where she chairs the Innovation and Technology Committee, and has previously served on the boards of Cisco, Informatica, Marqeta, and Splunk. Ms. Chang was formerly EVP and GM of Cisco’s multi-billion-dollar Collaboration business following Cisco’s acquisition of Accompany, an AI/ML relationship intelligence startup she founded. Earlier in her career, she led product strategy and engineering teams at Google, driving Google Analytics to widespread adoption, and held roles at AMD, eBay, Intel, McKinsey, and Motorola. Ms. Chang serves on the UCSF Hospital Executive Committee and the Stanford School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board as Chair, and advises several AI startups and Google’s Moonshot Factory (X). She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
