Erin Oles

Erin Oles serves as President and Chief Marketing Officer at Salesforce, where she leads how the company’s biggest bets reach the people who decide, buy, and lead. Her organization is the biggest champion of Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise vision, bringing together events, product marketing, field marketing, and brand — along with the voice of our community, customers, and partners — to drive a powerful pipeline engine.

Erin rejoined Salesforce in 2021 as VP of Brand Experiences. She quickly rose to SVP and, most recently, EVP of Global Integrated Marketing before being named Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Salesforce, she helped scale Rodan + Fields from startup to multi-billion-dollar business, pioneering live-stream commerce and earning a patent for blending digital and physical experiences to drive growth. Her career began in outbound sales at Salesforce.
