Joe Inzerillo

Joe Inzerillo is President, Enterprise and AI Technology at Salesforce, where he leads the portfolio currently encompassing Slack, Experience and the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) organization. In this role, Joe is driving the company's vision for the agentic enterprise, bringing together humans, data, AI, and apps on a unified platform to deliver the Customer Super Agent and the Employee Super Agent.

Joe also leads Salesforce's "customer zero" strategy, deploying AI agents and fortifying technologies inside Salesforce's own business to exemplify what it means to be an agentic enterprise, while partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation and the adoption of agentic AI. His work spans global IT, technical integration of acquired companies, and the development of agentic solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Prior to his current role as President, Joe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Salesforce. Before joining Salesforce, Joe was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at SiriusXM, where he led the company's technology and product roadmap and spearheaded platform modernization efforts. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, where he oversaw the launch and scale of Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. He also served as CTO at BAMTech Media and Major League Baseball, and held technology leadership positions at the United Center and the White Sox in Chicago.

Joe serves on the board of the Streaming Video Technology Alliance and the Technology Committee of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
