Miguel Milano

Miguel Milano is President and Chief Operating Officer at Salesforce. As COO, Miguel leads all of Salesforce’s customer-facing growth engines globally and is responsible for accelerating customer success.

In 2023, Miguel rejoined Salesforce as Chief Revenue Officer after having successfully led Salesforce international sales organizations across Asia-Pacific; Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Latin America from 2011–2020. As CRO, Miguel reimagined sales and distribution for the agentic era – driving profitable growth and reigniting enablement.

Prior to Salesforce, he served as co-owner and Chief Revenue Officer for Celonis, leading the sales, customer success, and partner organizations. Previously, he was a member of the EMEA executive management team at Oracle and held leadership positions in several other leading global companies, including McKinsey and Telefónica.

Miguel holds a B.S. and M.S.E. in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an MBA from Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
