Robin Washington

Robin Washington is President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Salesforce. She is responsible for driving profitable growth and operational excellence, while accelerating the transformation of every company into an Agentic Enterprise. She leads the full breadth of functions powering Salesforce's operational engine, including enterprise planning, finance, human resources, investor relations, legal, and revenue operations.
Robin brings decades of operational and financial leadership from some of the world's most respected companies. She has served as a Salesforce Board Director since 2013, including as Lead Independent Director from 2022 to 2025, playing a critical role in Salesforce's strategic transformation. Previously, she served as EVP and CFO of Gilead Sciences, CFO of Hyperion Solutions, and Chief Accounting Officer of PeopleSoft.
Robin also currently serves on the board of directors of Alphabet. She is a certified public accountant and received her B.A. in business administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
