To add Foundations to your account, access Your Account through the Salesforce Foundations Set Up homepage. Simply log into your account, go to Set Up, and select Salesforce Foundations in the Set Up menu. Then click “Add via Your Account.”

Note: The license quantity should match the number of user licenses your org currently has (including platform licenses, Restricted Use Licenses).
If you activated Foundations prior to December 17, 2024, you'll want to add the newest "Salesforce Foundations - Entitlements - Flex Credits" sku to your account to have access to both Sales and Service Agent skills. To do this, navigate to “Set Up,” select “Salesforce Foundations,” and then click “Add via Your Account” to access product selection. There you can select “Salesforce Foundations - Entitlements” to add it to your cart. Complete the checkout process to activate Agentforce Sales and Service Agents in your account.

Credits are consumed based on the work an agent performs to complete a request. This gives you more flexibility in assigning agent tasks and acknowledges that some tasks are lighter lifts than others, which will be reflected in the usage rate.
