What is CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and how does CRM work? Watch this video to see how CRM can help you build stronger relationships with your customers and get more done, especially when you have a CRM with AI.
What is CRM?
Good question.
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management.
It's technology that helps organizations keep track of everything about their customers and their potential customers, so they can build stronger, lasting relationships.
And with AI, CRM gets turbocharged.
AI powered CRM gives you AI agents that can proactively engage with customers and work alongside employees to help them get more done.
It brings together all your data from inside and outside your organization to create a single profile of each customer.
That way, employees and AI agents across every department can work from the same complete customer picture.
Take Carol here.
She's the VP of sales at a major scooter retailer.
Yesterday, one of Carol's customers, Celeste, went down a scooter hole and might have gone whole hog if an AI agent hadn't pump the brakes by spotting relevant patterns and analyzing her interest to instantly configure and locate her dream ride.
Then it generated a personalized test ride invitation, which the team loved. And when Celeste arrives at the dealership, the scooter's already waiting for her, along with some accessories that were right up her alley. Next thing you know, Celeste is buying a scooter, a helmet, and some gotta-have-’em goggles.
But it's not just sales and marketing who know Celeste; thanks to AI powered CRM, the whole business works from a unified platform so everyone sees the same information.
And employees and agents can work together to deliver amazing experiences.
A service agent has already sent helpful tips and recommended more accessories.
And a commerce agent is customizing an entire storefront just for her.
Un-beep-lievable.
And with agents handling routine tasks and taking action on customer data, employees have time for more meaningful work like making sure Celeste is a very satisfied scooter-er.
With AI powered CRM, the whole organization gets smarter and more productive with every interaction. The right CRM helps businesses focus on customers and unite around one shared goal: Make Celeste - or whoever your customer is - really beeping happy.
