Salesforce reimagined its website experience with Agentforce — agentic AI powered by Data Cloud that answers visitor questions instantly. Visitors can type questions into chat, and Agentforce responds with fast, accurate answers grounded by more than 2,000 web pages and 400 product records. When someone wants to talk to sales, Agentforce captures their info and creates a qualified lead in Sales Cloud.
Since launching in February 2025, Agentforce has handled over 100,000 conversations. It supports 11 languages and has generated more than 30,000 new leads, reducing time to qualify opportunities by 40% year over year.
