Prenuvo provides proactive care at scale with Agentforce Health

Prenuvo experienced rapid growth in its first five years, driven by increasing demand for proactive healthcare and its unique approach to whole body MRI screening. 

As Prenuvo expanded beyond MRI into a broader proactive health platform that includes biomarker testing, advanced screenings, and personalized health insights, the company recognized an opportunity to build on that foundation with technology designed to support continued growth and service expansion.

Salesforce Agentforce Health provides Prenuvo with a connected platform to support the member journey and coordinate activities across teams.

Prenuvo implemented Agentforce Health through a phased rollout, beginning with a small pilot before expanding more broadly across the organization.

Agentforce Health’s workflow capabilities have been particularly valuable as Prenuvo introduces new services.
