MuleSoft Automation Pricing FAQ

An automation credit is a prepaid consumption unit used for Integration Tasks, RPA Bot Minutes, RPA API Calls, IDP Document Pages, or Composer Tasks.

For MuleSoft for Flow: Integration Tasks, the number of credits needed depend on how many records you read, create, delete, update, and how often you want to update them.

For RPA, the number of Automation Credits needed depends on how many processes need to be automated, average manual processing time, and how often you run the processes. Typically, it takes less time for RPA bots to run processes than humans, especially for systems with API connectivity.

For IDP, the number of credits needed depends on how many document pages you are automating.

For Composer, the number of credits needed will depend on how many records you are updating and how often you want to update them.

Additional Automation Credits can be purchased at any time during a subscription term.

If you need more Anypoint Platform integration capacity (flows and messages) and/or Anypoint Premium Connectors, you may also consider Anypoint Platform Base Subscription in addition to MuleSoft Automation.

With the MuleSoft Automation package, you are not locked into any individual product. You can use the prepaid Automation Credits on the tools you need the most—MuleSoft for Flow: Integration, IDP, RPA, Composer, Flow Orchestration or any combination of the five products.

You may choose one of the MuleSoft Automation Base Editions e.g. Gold, Platinum, Titanium based on your required level of support. If you are an existing MuleSoft customer, the MuleSoft Automation Base Edition must carry the same support level you have today.
