Options for Integrating Slack with Salesforce CRM

  • The Salesforce and Slack integration allows you to search your Salesforce instance from Slack, and share results in Slack. The integration also allows you to share messages both ways between Salesforce Chatter and your Slack channel(s).
  • The Slack AgentExchange app first requires Salesforce Integration to be downloaded from the Slack App Directory (www.slack.com/apps ). Read the Slack instructions for configuring the AgentExchange plug-in before installation.
  • To get the AgentExchange plug-in for Slack, visit the Slack for Salesforce page .
