Matching with Salesforce.

Fellows are thoughtfully matched with a Salesforce team based on their background, career goals, and available business needs. Each fellow is paired with a host manager, who provides on-the-job learning and performance feedback, and a mentor, who offers guidance, networking support, and career coaching throughout the program.

Got questions?
We've got answers.

Transitioning service members remain on active duty and are compensated by their military branch. Veterans and Military spouse fellows are paid through Hiring Our Heroes.

While conversion is not guaranteed, fellows are placed with hiring teams that have headcount and intent to hire, and are supported throughout the program to maximize their chances of securing full-time employment.

Opportunities vary by team, but fellowship roles are typically in-office or hybrid.

Certifications are not required to apply. However, completing a free Trailhead certification or training can strengthen your application and help you hit the ground running.

The fellowship program lasts 12 weeks and is full-time (Monday–Thursday). You’ll follow the team’s normal working cadence.

  • A Host Manager to guide your day-to-day work
  • A Mentor for culture, tools, and professional development
  • Bi-weekly check-ins with the Military Fellowship Team
  • Access to Trailhead, internal communities, and networking events
