Customers can choose to run Public Sector Solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud products or the Salesforce commercial instance. Salesforce Government Cloud products are be purchased separately.

Salesforce products integrate with many outside applications and systems. For systems that don’t have built-in integration, you can use MuleSoft, work with integration partners, or use apps on AgentExchange.
