Salesforce Japan Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) will handle the personal information acquired from customers for the purpose of conducting and managing qualification examinations, etc. Specific examples of purpose of use are as follows:

• To conduct and manage qualification examinations
• To improve quality of service

The Company will ensure the appropriate acquisition, use, transfer, retention, and disposal of acquired personal information by lawful and fair means, and compliance with the laws and regulations related to personal information. Also, the Company will use the personal information jointly with salesforce.com group companies located all over the world only for the above purpose of use. Moreover, the acquired personal information may be all or partially outsourced to external companies for the above purpose of use.

The Company will respond to requests from customers for “notification of purpose of use”, “disclosure”, ”correction, addition or deletion of the content”, and request to “veto of use or provide to a third party” or “erasure” of the retained personal data. Providing personal information to the Company is voluntary. However, you may not be able to receive some services from the Company if you refuse to provide the personal information.
