Interview process.
The interview process is designed to evaluate your knowledge of specific research focus areas, including, but not limited to, machine learning, LLMs, LAMs, and generative AI. Our goal is to discover how you might fit within the team. The number of interview rounds may vary depending on the specific role. For research positions, you can expect 2-4 rounds of interviews, including a research discussion to review your background and a panel interview to conduct a more in-depth assessment of your qualifications. The panel involves a presentation session, technical screenings, and a 1:1 with the hiring manager.
