Salesforce is a place for employees of all abilities. Abilityforce unites people with visible and invisible disabilities, employees with loved ones who are disabled, and allies. We work to make sure our physical and technological environments are accessible and designed for all by developing and implementing innovative practices that solve customer and employee needs. We aim to cultivate a culture where all employees feel empowered by their abilities and talents, and work to advance our company’s dialogue on accessibility and accommodation strategies.
Arabiaforce is a community that welcomes everyone. We are committed to showcasing the many voices of our community and fostering a safe and equitable environment that drives business impact through innovation and collaboration, while actively giving back to our communities. Asiapacforce is a unifying resource to empower Salesforce employees, the Asia Pacific community, and allies globally. Reflective of the many cultures across the Asia Pacific region, our network spans the globe with locations throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. As champions of equality, our members partner with corporate and community organizations to implement many educational, philanthropic and social programs. We accomplish this through public affairs and leadership speaker series, providing career and STEAM education for local youth, and cultural celebrations all over the world. Asiapacforce strives to build awareness, leadership, community, and equality, all while celebrating the uniqueness of our cultures.
BOLDforce (Black Organization for Leadership and Development) empowers the Salesforce Black community and their allies by fostering career growth and advocacy. We provide a platform for employees of color to elevate their voices and develop their careers through a strong network of allies. Giving back is a priority, as we partner with organizations to support workforce development and education for all. Through these efforts, BOLDforce and our allies create a more inclusive workplace and drive meaningful change in the broader community.
Earthforce is Salesforce’s employee-led sustainability advocacy group, dedicated to promoting environmental responsibility across our organization and beyond. We believe in being better people for the planet and creating a better planet for all people. With a global and diverse membership, we take on a wide range of climate-related challenges and set ambitious goals for impact—both within Salesforce and in the communities we serve. Through volunteering, ongoing education, and grassroots initiatives, our members embody Salesforce’s core value of sustainability.

Genforce is a community dedicated to representing all generations in the workforce by combating age discrimination and connecting employee pathways across all ages. As we enter the new world of the five-generation workforce, Genforce broadens and deepens the connections across team members within every life stage for our community and their allies. We strive to understand each other's challenges, benefit from each other's strengths, and work together to create a more successful work environment for all.
Indigenousforce is dedicated to education, engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing for our community and allies with the aim of respecting and celebrating Indigenous peoples and their cultures around the world. We seek outcomes of self-determination, truth-telling, and contribution to the wider economy and technological advancement.
Latinoforce's mission is to actively promote equality by elevating and celebrating the unique backgrounds of our Latinx & Hispanic employees, customers, partners, and allies. We are committed to providing dedicated support in every region, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation, equality, and education. Through continuous learning and development, we aim to empower individuals with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
Neuroforce is committed to redefining how we understand neurodiversity, breaking down stigmas, and celebrating the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals at Salesforce. Salesforce Parents and Families strengthens our workforce and community by supporting and recognizing families. We advocate for equality for all employees at all stages of their unique parenting, family, and caregiver journeys. We champion the importance of family care through advocacy, community building, allyship, philanthropy, and education for our members and their allies.
Shalomforce creates a space for employees to celebrate and share their Jewish identities while fostering collaboration and innovation. We welcome Jewish individuals, allies, and those interested in learning more. The group builds trust through partnerships and works to combat antisemitism while promoting Jewish culture. Our mission is to empower employees to be authentic, engaged, and productive in a safe, supportive environment.
Southasiaforce is dedicated to increasing awareness of a growing global South Asian population, which includes eight countries in South Asia, while connecting employees all over the world. We focus on volunteer work and professional mentoring as a way to give back to our communities and contribute to the advancement of our members. We host events throughout the year to celebrate all of our South Asian cultures and share them with our allies. We stand alongside all Salesforce employees as champions of equality, and strive to bring our global communities together as our company grows.
