Customers can use Salesforce Digital Wallet, a free account management tool that gives you near real-time data and tools to monitor and manage how you use consumption-based Salesforce products like Data 360.

How Data 360 usage impacts your billing is dependent on how your Data 360 org is contracted. A Monthly Usage Summary is emailed to your account's billing contact each month. If you are unsure how your org is contracted, please reach out to your account team for clarification.

Yes, Profile Pricing simply un-meters the usage types used to form unified profiles and replaces it with a single transparent Profile SKU aligned to how customers plan and measure today. You still use Flex Credits for non-profile based use cases like querying data or unstructured data processing for AI agents. Profiles come with 1 flex credit per profile per year and you can purchase more flex credits as needed with the Flex Credits SKU.

Flex Credits offer the most flexibility and scalability. Profiles offer flat-pricing with predictable billing. Profiles are optimized for customers with profile-based use cases like personalized marketing journeys or proactive service efforts using a unified profile, while Flex Credits scale across any use case. Contact your Account Executive to learn more about what model might work best for your business and use case.

There is no forced migration with this pricing change so current Data Services credit customers can stay on their current pricing model. If you would like to take advantage of Flex Credits or Profile Pricing you will need to swap all of your existing Data Services Credits. Speak with your Account Executive to learn more about the process.
